Personal Data
You can play Numberfold without creating an Account. Progress is stored on Your Device. If You choose to sign in or write to Us, We may ask You to provide personally identifiable information, including:
- Email address
- First name and last name, or the name You give on a support form
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the website or when You sign in. Usage Data may include Your Device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile operating system, and similar diagnostic data needed to keep the Service running.
We do not show advertisements in the Application. We do not sell Personal Data.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including optional Account features.
- To manage Your Account, if You create one, so You can copy progress You choose to upload.
- For the performance of a contract: one-time In-app Purchases such as Full Game and expansion packs, processed by the Application Store.
- To contact You about security updates or to answer a request You sent through Contact Us.
- To manage Your requests to Us.
- For business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
- With Service Providers who host the Service, send email, or process payments on behalf of an Application Store.
- For business transfers as described above.
- With Affiliates, who must honor this Privacy Policy.
- With Your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements.
- User Accounts: retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
- Support tickets and correspondence: up to 24 months from the date of ticket closure.
- Payment information: credit or debit card details are not stored on Our servers. Apple and Google process In-app Purchases. We retain transaction records needed for tax and accounting for up to 10 years.
- Server logs: up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. Where required by applicable law, We will ensure that international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. If You have an Account, You may delete it from You in the Application. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete Personal Data. We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so. Purchases remain with Apple, Google, or Stripe.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Law enforcement

Payments
We may provide paid products within the Service (Full Game and expansion packs). We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the Application Store whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
